Call for Papers

Researchers are kindly invited to submit their papers to the The 7 th International and Sixteenth National Conference of College of Science/ Biological science(CBSc-2022). The conference will be held from 21-22/9/2022 at The Mustansiriyah University. The conference program will include paper presentations along with prominent keynote speakers and workshops.

The accepted papers will be submitted to Scopus Indexed Journals .

Registration and payments

❖ 225 $........ Presenting a paper at the conference with the accepting the full paper for publishing in the Egyptian journal of botany with the publishing of the paper summary in the conference proceedings and a participation certificate.
Note:( that publishing in this journal is subject to the journal’s system of acceptance as it is Scopus and may charge extra fees if the paper needs proofreading....)
❖ 75,000 Iraq Dinar...... Presenting a paper at the conference with the accepting the full paper for publishing in the Mustansiriya Science Journal and a participation certificate.
❖ 25,000 Iraq Dinar..... Live attendees with the attendance at one of the virtual workshops for free( pre-registration online) with the attendance certificate.
❖ 60 $............Participation with poster research with a participation certificate and publish the abstract in conference proceedings.
❖ 10,000 Iraq Dinar ....... Virtual attendance certificate for the attendees in one of the virtual workshops ( pre-registration online)

  • Registration Payment will Include:
  1. Welcome Reception.
  2. Admission to Scientific Sessions, Workshops, Exhibition Area.
  3. Conference Bag and/or Conference Accessories.
  4. Certificate of Attendance.
  5. Coffee Breaks.
  • All Conference Papers MUST have at Least One Registered Author to Present the Paper.
  • Please note that the Paid Registration Fee can not be Refunded if the Author is unable to Participate in the Conference for any Reason.
  • For all Accepted Papers, the Registration Fee Needs to be Paid. Please note that your Paper WILL NOT be Published if the Fee is not Received in Due Time.

Methods of Payment

The payment method is a cash transfer paid in dollars through Al-Taif Company for Cash Transfers for Scopus indexed journals . All the subscription fees will be in Iraqi dinars for publication in the College of Science journal or to participate in the conference or to attend workshops, all details will be clarified later.

Submission Guide

  1. Online Submission: The authors are requested to submit their papers via the relevant E-mails.
  2. The submitted paper MUST NOT be previously published, and not considered elsewhere for publication.
  3. The submitted paper will be double blind peer review.
  4. The possible decision on a paper are: Accepted, Revision (Minor or Major) or Rejected.
  5. All papers will be checked for plagiarism and the similarity check MUST NOT exceeding 20%.
  6. Acceptance/Rejection of papers will be decided by the referees of the corresponding conference.
  7. The submission is electronically and the size of A4 with (.docx) format will only be considered. The paper should be NOT EXCEEDING 6 PAGES.
  8. Conference templates contain guidance text for composing and formatting conference papers. Please ensure that all template text is removed from your conference paper prior to submission to the conference. Failure to remove template text from your paper may result in your paper NOT BEING PUBLISHED.

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
